STATE RECRUITMENT BUREAU

1. I have gone through the instructions to the Applicants and the State Recruitment Bureau’s notification for this examination before filling up the application form and I undertake to abide by the same.
மாநில ஆள்சேர்ப்பு நிலையத்தின் “விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கான அறிவுரைகள்” மற்றும் இத்தேர்விற்காக விளம்பரப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ள அறிவிக்கையினையும் படித்து அறிந்த பின்பே இவ்விண்ணப்பத்தைப் பூர்த்தி செய்துள்ளேன். அவற்றில் உள்ள நிபந்தனைகளுக்கு உட்படுகிறேன் என இதன் மூலம் உறுதியளிக்கிறேன்.
2. The information furnished by me in the application and the details available in the PREVIEW page are found correct.
இந்த விண்ணப்பத்தில் உள்ள விவரங்கள் மற்றும் முன்னோட்டத்தில் உள்ள விவரங்கள் அனைத்தும் சரியாக உள்ளன.
3. I am also aware that my application/candidature is liable for rejection at any stage of the selection after due process, if any of the details is found to be wrong in this application.
இந்த விண்ணப்பத்தில் உள்ள விவரங்கள் தவறாக இருந்தால், தெரிவின் எந்த நிலையிலும் எனது விண்ணப்பம் உரிய நடைமுறைகளுக்குப் பின்னர் நிராகரிக்கப்படும் என்பதை நான் நன்கு அறிவேன்.
4. I hereby declare that all the particulars furnished in this application are true, correct and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. In the event of any information being found false or incorrect or ineligibility being detected before or after the examination or at any stage, any action can be taken against me by the State Recruitment Bureau including rejection of my application after due process.
இவ்விண்ணப்பத்தில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள விவரங்களனைத்தையும் படித்துப் பார்த்தேன். அவை என் அறிவிற்கு எட்டியவரை உண்மையானவை, சரியானவை மற்றும் முழுமையானவை தேர்விற்கு முன்போ அல்லது பிறகோ அல்லது எத்தருணத்திலோ இவ்விவரங்களில் ஏதேனும் தவறானவை, உண்மைக்குப் புறம்பானவை அல்லது தகுதியின்மை என அறியும் பட்சத்தில் உரிய நடைமுறைகளுக்குப் பின்னர் விண்ணப்ப நிராகரிப்பு உட்பட என்மீது மாநில ஆள்சேர்ப்பு நிலையம் எடுக்கும் எவ்வித நடவடிக்கைக்கும் கட்டுப்படுவேன்.
5. I hereby declare that I will not be a party to any kind of canvassing on my behalf.
என் சார்பில் எந்த விதமான ஆதரவையும் நாட நான் உடந்தையாக இருக்கமாட்டேன்.
6. I further declare that I fulfil all the eligibility conditions prescribed for admission to this examination.
இத்தேர்வின் அனுமதிக்குத் தேவையான அனைத்துத் தகுதிகளையும் பெற்றுள்ளேன் என உறுதி அளிக்கிறேன்.
7. I will take a hard copy printout of my application after successful submission for future reference.
இவ்விண்ணப்பத்தில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள விவரங்கள் அனைத்தையும் சரிபார்த்து எதிர்கால பயன்பாட்டிற்காக எனது விண்ணப்பத்தை அச்செடுத்து வைத்துக் கொள்வேன்.
8. I am fully aware that no individual communication regarding the date and time of Physical Certificate Verification, Interview (wherever applicable) will be sent to me. I am also aware that the schedule of interview/certificate verification will be made available on the State Recruitment Bureau’s website and I have to know the above details on receipt of email/press release/SMS alerts from the State Recruitment Bureau to this effect.
நேரடி சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு, நேர்முகத் தேர்வு போன்றவைகளில் எது பொருந்துமோ அவை நடைபெறும் நாள் மற்றும் நேரம் குறித்த தகவல்கள் எனக்கு தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் அஞ்சல் மூலம் தெரிவிக்கப்படமாட்டாது என்பதை நான் நன்கு அறிவேன். மேலும் இது தொடர்பாக மாநில ஆள்சேர்ப்பு நிலைய அலுவலகத்திலிருந்து அனுப்பும் குறுஞ்செய்தி அல்லது மின்னஞ்சல் அல்லது மாநில ஆள்சேர்ப்பு நிலைய செய்தி வெளியீட்டின் மூலம் அறிந்து கொள்ள முடியும் என்றும் நேர்முகத் தேர்வு அல்லது சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு போன்றவற்றிற்கான கால அட்டவணையை மாநில ஆள்சேர்ப்பு நிலைய இணையதளத்தின் மூலம் தெரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்பதையும் நான் நன்கு அறிவேன்.
9. I am not married to any person who has a spouse living nor have I contracted another marriage having a spouse living.
நான் ஏற்கனவே திருமணம் புரிந்து மனைவி/கணவருடன் வாழும் ஒருவரை திருமணம் செய்யவில்லை. திருமணமாகி மனைவி/கணவருடன் வாழும் நான் மற்றொரு நபரை திருமணம் செய்து கொள்ளவில்லை..
10. I have checked all the details furnished in this application at various stages. I have furnished all the information in this application correctly, without any careless/typographical error.
இந்த விண்ணப்பத்தில், அனைத்து நிலைகளிலும் நான் பதிவு செய்துள்ள விவரங்கள் அனைத்தையும் சரிபார்த்துவிட்டேன். இந்த விண்ணப்பத்தில் பதிவு செய்துள்ள விவரங்கள் அனைத்தும் சரியானவை. எனது கவனக்குறைவாலோ அல்லது தட்டச்சு பிழையினாலோ எந்த ஒரு விவரமும் தவறாக குறிப்பிடப்படவில்லை என்பதை நான் சரிபார்த்துக்கொண்டேன்.
11. I am aware of the fact that the State Recruitment Bureau publishes the results etc., on the State Recruitment Bureau’s website and that no individual communication will be sent to the candidates by post. I shall therefore watch the State Recruitment Bureau’s website periodically for all the updates/intimations regarding the publication of results/upload of documents etc.
மாநில ஆள்சேர்ப்பு நிலையத்தால் நடத்தப்படும் தேர்வுகளின் முடிவுகள் குறித்த விவரங்கள் அனைத்தையும் மாநில ஆள்சேர்ப்பு நிலையம் தனது இணையதளத்தில் மட்டுமே வெளியிடுகிறது என்பதையும், இது குறித்த தகவல் விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு அஞ்சல் வழியாக ஏதும் அனுப்பப்படுவதில்லை என்பதையும் நான் அறிவேன். எனவே முடிவுகள் வெளியிடுதல்/ஆவணங்கள் பதிவேற்றம் போன்ற அனைத்து அறிவிப்புகளுக்காக நான் தொடர்ந்து மாநில ஆள்சேர்ப்பு நிலையத்தின் இணைய தளத்தினைப் பார்த்து வருவேன் என்று உறுதியளிக்கிறேன்.
12. I am also aware of the fact that communication relating to the publication of results/upload of documents etc., through SMS and e-mail to my registered mobile number and email id is an additional facility provided by the State Recruitment Bureau for which I cannot claim any right in any manner and that I shall not blame the State Recruitment Bureau or make any representations either for non-receipt or for delay in receipt of SMS/email due to any reason including technical issues. I am also aware that such representation(s) shall not be responded by the State Recruitment Bureau.
மாநில ஆள்சேர்ப்பு நிலையத்தால் வெளியிடப்படும் முடிவுகள்/ஆவணங்களின் பதிவேற்றம் குறித்த விவரங்கள் கொண்ட குறுஞ்செய்தி/மின்னஞ்சல் (பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட) எனது அலைபேசி எண்/மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரிக்கு அனுப்புவது மாநில ஆள்சேர்ப்பு நிலையத்தால் வழங்கப்படும் கூடுதல் வசதி என்பதை நான் அறிவேன். இது தொடர்பாக எந்த காலக்கட்டத்திலும் எந்த விதத்திலும் உரிமை கோரமாட்டேன் எனவும், தொழில்நுட்பச் சிக்கல்கள் உள்ளிட்ட காரணங்களால் குறுஞ்செய்தி/மின்னஞ்சல் பெறவில்லையென்றாலோ அல்லது தாமதமாக பெற்றாலோ மாநில ஆள்சேர்ப்பு நிலையத்தைக் குறை கூறமாட்டேன் எனவும் உறுதி கூறுகிறேன். மேலும் இது தொடர்பாக மாநில ஆள்சேர்ப்பு நிலையத்திடம் பெறப்படும் எந்த ஒரு கோரிக்கையும் பரிசீலிக்கப்படமாட்டாது என்பதையும் நான் அறிவேன்.
